Abstract
This paper consists of a study about the legal research
inuence on improving the quality of teachinglearning process
of law in Chile. It describes and analyzes the training process of
lawyers for the 25-year period (1990-2015), in the Faculty of Law
of the University of Chile.
Moreover, in this paper are contextualized the various me-
thods of legal education and legal research typologies used by
teachers.
Finally, this paper develops a proposal of legal research
that stimulates the creative process of the students to acquire
knowledge, from its own heuristics and inquiring activity and
generate critical thinking.
