n de prevenir, controlar y erradicar la violencia contra la mujer,
es España. En donde la legislación actual, se ha reestructurado
de tal manera que, la violencia de género es tratada en forma
multidisciplinaria utilizando instrumentos legales contenidos en
una sola ley Orgánica, capaz de abarcar todos los tipos de vio-
lencia de género y capaz de generar una respuesta adecuada
de las instituciones involucradas en la prevención y tratamiento
adecuado de estos casos.
ABSTRACT
The violence of gender is a phenomenon that obeys mainly
to the oppressor character of the society in general, from a so-
cial system known like patriarchy, which follows being present in
some societies of the world. The women, from ancients time, by
the alone fact to be it, have suffered distinct forms of violence by
men, which, in view of his capacities and physical conditions has
commissioned to situate to the feminine gender in an inferior social
stair to the that he nds situated, preventing that this develop in
conditions of equality.Nevertheless, through the most diverse femi-
nist organisations, organisations no governmental and the recom-
mendations of world-wide organisations defenders of the rights of
the humanity, has gone incorporating to the woman in the work
social and has woken up the world-wide consciousness that all
the human beings enjoy of the same.
Chile, no far to this subject, has implemented properly political
public conducentes to the protection and the eradication of the vio-
lence against the woman.However, and in spite of all his efforts,
the Chilean State has had serious difculties in recognising that
this crime no only is perpetrated in the familiar eld, but it can take
place in other social contexts and affects to women of all the ages,
of all the social class and of all the beliefs one of the pioneering
countries in this subject, that has known to implement the suitable
politics with the end to warn, control and eradicate the violence
